Pre-and Post-Partum PT

My main recommendation is to look for someone who takes your whole body into account - not just your pelvic floor alone (if they tell you to only do kegels, run screaming!). Through pregnancy, labor and birth your body goes through many changes - pelvic PT should take into account all of you. And, no one should ever tell you that it’s normal to have any long term incontinence, body pain, pain with intercourse, etc. Here are local groups/people who have great reputations:
